All orders placed by fax, internet or e-mail must
be confirmed by a Cheers Customer Service Staff
by telephone. Please give us at least 1 day notice
if possible for internet or e-mail orders. For same
day or urgent orders placed by fax, internet or
e-mail, please call us by phone if you do not receive
a telephone or e-mail confirmation from us within
1 hour if the order is sent during our opening hours.
Important To Note
For all orders for delivery or pick up, once the payment is made, it cannot be cancelled and it is non-refundable. Cancellation could only be made 7 days in advance, the sum of payment can be reserved for future use valid for a period of 2 months. All orders for am pick up would be available at 11:00am and pm pick up will be 2:00pm unless specified time accompanied with surcharge paid.
In case of refund, Cheers will only refund to customer per their original method of payment, eg. if customer paid by credit card, refund needs to be made by the same credit card, via the same payment device.
All personal orders must prepaid by credit card. You
can pay for your telephone/fax orders with Visa, Mastercard
or American Express card.
You can also deposit cash or cheque into our bank
current accounts at Bank of China 012-787-000-38327 (Cheers Floral & Gift Services) at least 2 business days prior to the delivery date.
A copy of the Deposit Slip must be sent by fax to
us at 2882 9070 clearly marked with the Sender's
name and delivery date.
For orders sent out under a company name, we can
only accept payment by cheque drawn on a Company
account upon the completion of a Corporate Account
Opening Form available on this website. All invoices
are due within 7 days after presentation of invoice.
In the event of Cancellation, cancellation has to be made no less than
96 hours- 4 working days in advance before the delivery and a handling fee of 50%
per the total value of the order should be payable to Cheers floral & Gift Services from the sender or the person who confirmed the order with our Company. For orders which is requested to be postponed to a later date, the 50% levy has to be imposed if the notice is made to Cheers less than 96 hours-4 working days. Also,
please note that the postponement should not exceed 30 days or else it will be taken as cancellation.
